About the event
Creation in Darkness is a ceremonial journey into the generative void through ritual cacao, Yoga Nidra, and immersive sound. We begin by opening the heart with cacao, then descend into deep stillness — allowing the nervous system to soften and the psyche to rest inside the quiet field before form.
This ceremony is not about illumination or transformation through effort. It is about remembering that creation begins in the dark — in listening, in waiting, in being held.
Cacao serves as the gentle guide across the threshold, warming the body and heart so the mind can release. From there, we enter long-form Yoga Nidra and sound immersion, resting in the silence beneath sensation — where insight, healing, and clarity naturally emerge.
