Soul Flow

Meet us at Sakala for an evening of self-care and reflection. We will lead you through a meditation followed by a juicy yin practice with reiki healing. We end the evening together with reflection and intention setting under the new moon, while sipping a specially curated herbal tea blend to promote integration and wellness.

WHAT TO BRING: water bottle, journal (optional as we will have some available), cozy clothes to move in
