Moon Circles for BIPOC

Moon Circles: A soft landing space to connect with our inner cycle, lunar phases, & community. 

Each gathering holds embodiment practices, rest, & play, with rituals rooted in the current zodiac season. We tune inward through guided journaling and reflection, and outward through voice and creative embodied expression.

Complementary mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters + straps are provided.

Invitation to arrive with your favorite writing utensil, journal + optional altar item.
