PLEASE NOTE: You must include your set up and clean up time when booking.

Having the set up and clean up time included in booking helps ensure a smooth transition between events and supports the overall flow of the space for all hosts. 

 

Our policy requires a 30-minute buffer before and after your event.

For example, if your event runs from 1–4pm, your booking should be from 12:30–4:30pm.

If setup or cleanup time is not included, a $20 fee will be applied for each missing buffer. If both are missing, the total fee will be $40. Thank you for helping us keep the space running smoothly for everyone.
