About the event
Community Care Circles - A space to gently reset the nervous system.
As people of color, especially those of us resisting, organizing, and caring for our communities, our nervous systems are often in a constant state of activation.
This space is an invitation to receive the care, connection, and restoration needed to keep going. You will be held by Sarah Naomi Jones of Align with Purpose and Ash Ferguson of Light from Ash. Sarah Naomi and Ash are trauma-informed facilitators with over 20 years of combined experience in nurturing and supporting BIPOC community.
Through a nourishing blend of acu-detox, sound healing, and restorative yoga, we’ll reset, restore, and return to ourselves. This is sacred maintenance: a vital tending to both body and spirit.
