Breathwork & Bass: A Shadow Work Journey

In this 2-hour immersive experience, Emily and Dooley will guide you into the depths of your shadow to uncover, embrace, and alchemize hidden aspects of yourself.

We’ll begin with pulling a card from the altar space to set the tone for your journey, followed by a grounding meditation and journaling prompts designed to help you connect with the parts of you that seek healing and integration. From there, we’ll drop into transformative breathwork and bass-infused soundscapes that will stir the soul and awaken profound shifts.

Using the power of breath and bass, this session is designed to unlock subconscious blocks, release stored emotions, and invite your shadow into the light of acceptance and transformation.
