About the event
In this 2-hour ceremony, Emily will guide you through a deep healing experience to tap into your inherent power and access the embodiment of your Soul!
We begin with pulling a card from the altar space, diving deep into a guided meditation, prompted journaling and sharing, and end with a transformative breathwork session.
We use the medicine of sound healing, energy work, intention setting, and the power of your breath to facilitate your greatest transformation. You will be completely held and guided through the entire experience so that you may discover the blocks held in your body and be assisted in releasing the energy.
The style of breathwork that Emily will lead is a 3-part breath: an inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale.
