We’ll open with Ceremonial Cacao, a heart medicine that supports emotional openness, grounded energy, and a deeper connection to your highest self. Cacao gently brings you into your body, relaxes the nervous system, and helps you access intuition in an honest, embodied way.

From there, we’ll move into Hapé, a sacred tobacco medicine from the Amazon that is traditionally used for clearing mental fog, grounding into the breath, and reconnecting to spirit.
