Family Constellations — Ancestral Healing Circle

Family Constellations works at the level of the ancestral and systemic field, revealing the hidden loyalties, unresolved grief, and inherited patterns that quietly shape our lives, relationships, and sense of self. It is an intentional, carefully held space to tend to what is ready to be moved, whether that's a recurring pattern, a strained relationship, inherited family trauma, or simply a persistent feeling that something is unresolved.

Each session is held with one Support Seeker : the person whose system we are exploring, and a small group of Representatives. The Seeker will select individuals from the group to represent different elements of what we are working with: family members, emotions, life circumstances, or parts of self. This is not acting or performance. There is nothing to prepare, nothing to get right, and no reason to feel self-conscious.
