In this intimate workshop, we will create vision boards using photos[different ages] of your younger self to map your healing journey and reconnect with your inner child. We will close with a deeply restorative Reiki-infused sound bath meditation, helping you embrace self-love and nurture the parts of you that need it most. Come honor your story, and leave feeling lighter and more whole.
