We'll start with an immersive embodying meditation, move into some gentle movements in preparation for bigger poses with aligning movements and close with a deep restorative savasana.
Sequoia is a Xicana (Latin Indigenous) Trauma Informed Guidance facilitator, trained in Hatha & Yin yoga, with a background in the medical field, currently studying to become a nutritionist & personal trainer. You are in good hands!
