About the event
Hosted by the Denver Deathcare Collective. Where grief is tended and death is sacred.
These monthly grief circles at Sakala Community are a compassionate space to hold your grief in the embrace of community.
On October 18th, join Isabel Luna Ranney of Wild Willow Alchemy for a heart-centered grief circle honoring Día de los Muertos & Samhain. Together we will weave remembrance with love, creating a communal altar with photos, offerings, and treats for our beloved dead and ancestors. Through cacao for heart-opening, ritual, and shared reflection, we will honor both those we have known and those from our ancestral lines. While grief can stir pain, confusion, and loneliness, it also carries the seeds of love and profound connection.
