Nada Yoga New Moon Sound Bath Ceremony

Nada Yoga is the yoga of sound and vibration from the South Asian tradition. These ceremonies will incorporate various instruments and chanting to promote attunement, relaxation, and clearing as well as the opportunity for intention setting with each New Moon cycle.

V Wiley (they/them) is a classically trained musician, registered yoga teacher, death doula, and holistic integration coach.
