New Moon Intention Setting & Sound Healing

Each new moon provides an opportunity to hit "reset" and get clear about what you want to manifest through the next moon cycle. Come together with a like-hearted community to set your own intention for the next month, meditate, journal, practice yoga, share, listen, and learn. You'll have an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others, pull intention cards, practice guided breathwork, and enjoy a soothing sound bath while receiving group reiki. This monthly ritual will help bring intention and focus to your life and spirit.

What to bring:

• Something to contribute to the alter that represents what you'd like to manifest (optional)
• Journal and writing utensil
• Open heart
• Yoga mat (optional as Sakala has them available)
