About the event
Boost your mood, de-stress, and connect with other teen girls at RechargHER — the ultimate wellness reset!
RechargHER is a half-day wellness experience designed to help teen girls recognize, prevent, and recover from burnout. Through movement, mindfulness, connection, and powerful breakout sessions, girls will walk away feeling grounded, refreshed, and supported — mind, body, heart, and spirit.
This event is designed for high school girls.
