We are back and ready to help you integrate the emotions that Summer can bring. Summer is the element of Fire in Chinese Medicine: laughter, passion, and joy. But it can also bring up feelings of depression or nervous energy, as it is the season of the Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium, and Triple Heater meridians (energy centers). Ransom will help you move your Qi (life force energy). We will then guide you through a juicy yin practice, focused on these meridians, with reiki healing, ending the evening together with meditation and integration.

WHAT TO BRING: water bottle and comfy clothes to move in. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks provided.
