About the event
We are back and ready to help you integrate the emotions that Fall can bring. Fall is the element of Metal in Chinese Medicine. It is also the season that we transition from yang to yin. Grief and sadness can get stuck in the lung and large intestine meridians (energy centers). Ransom will help you move your Qi (life force energy). We will then guide you through a juicy yin practice, focused on these meridians, with reiki healing, ending the evening together with meditation and integration.
WHEN: September 6th, 2024 at 6pm
WHAT TO BRING: water bottle and comfy clothes to move in. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks provided.
