Soul Flow - Spring Edition

We are back and ready to help you integrate the emotions that Spring can bring. Spring is the element of Wood in Chinese Medicine: rebirth, growth, renewal. But it can also bring up feelings of anger and resentment, as it is the season of the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians (energy centers). Ransom will help you move your Qi (life force energy). We will then guide you through a juicy yin practice, focused on the liver and gall bladder meridians, with reiki healing, ending the evening together with meditation and integration.

WHAT TO BRING: water bottle and comfy clothes to move in. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks provided.
