I will lead a Sound Healing session using the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments. Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies that promote relaxation, release tension, and restore energetic balance. There will be yoga mats, bolsters and blankets provided. Feel free to bring anything else that might make you more comfortable.
