About the event
In this 90-minute ceremony, Natalie will guide you through a 3-part breath: an inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale.
This is a donation-based class open to the public that will be conducted for the student's test-out 🤍
Breathwork assists with:
Unblocking subconscious beliefs and energy
Releasing trauma and healing stored emotions
Regulates your nervous system so you can experience clarity and ease
