Over the past month, our community gathered in The Vision Room to dream, imagine, and voice what we want to see in Sakala’s next chapter. Now, it’s time to bring those visions into form.
The Activation Room is where we take everything we heard in the Vision Rooms and begin weaving it into action - through shared leadership, community wisdom, and the collective energy that makes Sakala feel alive. This gathering is for those who feel called to help shape Sakala’s next chapter — to build, imagine, and steward what comes next.
Together, we will explore two pathways of involvement:
