The Love Detox: Healing the Heart from Chaos
A deeply transformative ritual designed to help you detox from the "love" you were taught so you can finally receive the love you deserve. This experience guides you through the journey of meeting the grief, pain and disconnection that keeps you blocked from accessing the true magic of your heart.
By becoming present with your heart chakra and chest space you will begin unwinding old patterns, releasing inherited stories about love, and reconnecting to the wisdom of your heart.
The ritual opens with a ๐นRose Tea Circle๐นto ease into the space and to the medicine.
Once we have settled into the space we will begin activating and awakening the heart through a ๐Heart-Awakening Breathwork๐ practice. This is an open-mouthed breath that charges the heart and begins the unwraveling process.
From there, we will incorporate a ๐Sounding and Sensual Somatic Activation๐ to connectโฆ
