You'll paint 'out of body', allowing each stroke to become a reflection of your inner landscape, guided by your intuition and healing energy.  As your painting unfolds, you'll be immersed in the soothing sound healing journey where you will experience the gentle vibration washing over you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit, and deepening your connection to the creative process. Finally, we return to the canvas, now infused with the healing presence of sound, to complete our paintings with renewed clarity and intention. Each brushstroke integrates the insights gained from your journey, creating a unique masterpiece that reflects the depths of your inner being. Join us for this sanctuary of healing, expression, and self-discovery. All materials are provided, and no prior art experience is necessary, just your willingness to show up with your open heart.
