About the event

Step into a world of holistic healing and creative expression with our unique workshop, where the soothing vibrations of Sound Healing meet the transformative power of art. This immersive experience invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration. We will begin by setting sacred intentions, grounding ourselves in the present moment as we connect to our mind, body, and spirit. Next, we transition to the canvas, embarking on a painting journey that carries your intention forward through a guided somatic meditation. You'll paint 'out of body', allowing each stroke to become a reflection of your inner landscape, guided by your intuition and healing energy.  As your painting unfolds, you'll be immersed in the soothing sound healing journey where you will experience the gentle vibration washing over you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit, and deepening your connection to the creative process. Finally, we return to the canvas, now infused with the healing presence of sound, to complete our paintings with renewed clarity and intention. Each brushstroke integrates the insights gained from your journey, creating a unique masterpiece that reflects the depths of your inner being. Join us for this sanctuary of healing, expression, and self-discovery. All materials are provided, and no prior art experience is necessary, just your willingness to show up with your open heart.

We encourage participants to wear comfortable clothing that can get messy.
