Moving Deeper bridges the gap between physical expression and psychological depth. We will use movement as a portal into our inner soma, muse, and connection to god. I believe movement can help connect the dots between how we show up in our day to day and on the dance floor. So in here, you will learn to get connected to your embodied wisdom, learn how to stay with sensation, and move in new & expressive ways. See you there 🪷
