About the event
We spend so much time in our minds: thinking, planning, worrying, pushing through, that we slowly lose connection with the body.
Yet the body is where clarity lives. It’s where emotion moves.
This evening is an invitation to slow down and come back.
Through gentle somatic movement, breath, mantra, dance and guided meditation, we will create space for the nervous system to soften and the body to release stored tension.
Somatic practices help us move out of survival patterns like overthinking, anxiety, and emotional shutdown, and return to a deeper state of presence and safety within ourselves. Together, we will create the conditions for our bodies to release any cycles of stress that have not yet had the space to complete naturally.
This is not about performing or “doing it right.” It is about listening, feeling, and allowing your body to guide the process, while we reconnect with the Self.
