What is Yomassage?
Restorative yoga experience integrated with hands on massage, therapeutic touch, and breathwork. This class is a complete relaxation experience meant to balance your central nervous system responses, quiet the mind, and reconnect to your body.
Classes are limited to 5-10 people so registration is required. Refunds for Yomassage class will not be available so please plan accordingly.
