Alexandra 'Lex' Chamizo is a multi-faceted practitioner of the healing arts, weaving somatics, energía and ancient medicina to unveil one's innate wisdom within. She has trained with teachers from all walks of life and remains a devoted lifelong student.
As a recovered addict who suffered from CPTSD, she is passionate about guiding people through their recovery journey to create ways of coming into a softer way of living and re-discovering their natural wholeness. Lex brings over 7 years of professional experience guiding others privately and in group ceremonies through TRE, Reiki, Spiritual Counseling, AcuDetox, Deathwork and more. Lex also volunteers at Hospice, sober living homes and offers monthly community healings.
Rooted in compassion and reverence, Lex strives to offer the radical empathy she needed in her own journey and that we are all deeply deserving of.
