In therapy, people have the opportunity to be their most authentic selves, they get to fully open up about the hardships, life transitions, trauma, about all those irrational thoughts and chaos that they may be living in. I get to be the sounding board; I have the privilege of getting to listen and help sort out how you want your future look. I want to help support you in creating the best version of yourself and then celebrate those successes. I value authenticity, empathy, compassion, and humor. My purpose is that this comes across in my practice, so you feel connected and valued while we work together. I work with teens and young adults, and adults who are facing difficult life transitions, co-occurring mental illness, and low self-esteem or self-worth.
