Emily is here to guide you in accessing unconditional love, liberation and Spirit, all through the body. Her mission is to connect you to the love and truth that already lives within you - not outside. We get to access our purest essence by weaving Life as the medicine. Upon discovering the practice of yoga and breathwork, she embarked on the journey of a humble student, taking 1000s of hours of training focused on yoga, breathwork, psychic development, somatic healing, human design, masculine/feminine relating, plant medicine and energy work. She's taught yoga for 8 years and facilitated ceremonies for 4. Her spaces are deeply encoded with safety, integrity, healing and embodying wholeness.
