Gabriella Espinoza

Hi, I’m Gabriella Espinoza, a healing arts practitioner and senior at Naropa University. I hold over 1,200 hours of yoga certification and have been teaching for more than three years. My work blends ancestral wisdom with modern healing practices, offering a range of modalities including Thai massage, cranial work, vibrational therapy, energetic healing, and yoga. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to meet the unique needs of your body, mind, and spirit.
I began my journey in 2021 with Reiki training, and since then, my path has expanded into a deeply integrated healing arts practice. I also serve as a medicine carrier for Hapé, a sacred plant medicine, and hold Hapé ceremonies for those who feel called to include it in their healing journey.
Rooted in Colorado, I’m deeply connected to the land and my lineage, which includes Mestizo, Hopi, Celtic, and Puerto Rican ancestry. These cultural and spiritual roots shape my perspective and inspire me to support others in reconnecting with their own inner wisdom and ancestral knowing.
It’s an honor to walk alongside others on their path toward healing, balance, and embodied self-discovery.
