You can catch her at Sakala offering a Trauma-Informed Yoga Series for BIPOC:
In this 6 week series, there is the invitation to arrive as you are. As we gather, we will co-create space for tapping into our own unique emotional, spiritual, and body wisdom. During this slow & gentle practice, Juhee will guide participants through mindful movement and breathing practices. Juhee values autonomous choice, play and exploration of these practices in a way that makes most sense to your body & needs.
Each gathering includes: a co-creation of group agreements, community check in or journal reflection, guided meditation, embodied practice, & community checkout. Reach out to JuheeKumar@gmail.com to inquire about the next TIY series at Sakala!
