Laura is a lifelong learner; deeply curious, empathetic, and grounded in 35 years of Human Resources, guiding leaders across healthcare organizations to listen better, understand their people, and build teams with intention.
Today, as a freelance talent consultant, she partners with organizations to explore employee engagement, diagnose working dynamics, and make recommendations that improve morale, leadership, and culture. She's a creative problem solver at heart, skilled at helping groups uncover what's really in
their way and move forward together.
A Cornell-certified DE&I practitioner, Laura has spent her career uplifting women and people of color who are too often marginalized in the workplace. That same commitment to equity carries into her community work, where she's a passionate advocate for colon cancer research and fundraising, and for protecting
women's civil and reproductive rights.
As culture steward, Laura brings a calm, mature presence and a sharp eye for how teams grow and change.
Outside of work, you'll find her in nature, enjoying live music or loving on her beloved dog Rosie. That same groundedness and curiosity about the human
condition are what she hopes to nurture in this collective.
